I had the opportunity to ride the American Diabetes Association's Tour de Cure with this incredible bunch of people this year.  We rode various mileages for each of our own reasons.  Some of us rode in memory of friends or loved ones living with diabetes.  Others of us rode for people that have passed away battling the effects of the disease.

With the help of Jeremy and my friend Greg Hickey in Texas, we'd rounded up enough ADA tokens that have been traveling across the country to represent each member of our team.   I will return the tokens, along with the stories of riding along with us on this ride, to their trip across the country.

Our collective fund raising efforts netted the American Diabetes Association $5,375 with Wai being our fund raising golden child.  His supporters helped him achieve a $2,105 contribution!!  Once again, I'm humbled by the heart and soul that my teammates and donors contribute to this event.  Thank you all for your hard work!!  I'm honored to have shared the same bit of pavement with you!!
